"The staff has been nothing but welcoming and helpful at every visit and during every phone call. You can tell they really care about your animals, but also about you the human, too. Have to shout out Jessica specifically for making a lasting impression on me. Vet bills can add up quick as we know and I was nearing panic-mode while assessing what I could afford off the long list of treatment needed for my stray-turned-inside-kitty but Jessica came in and so calmly and compassionately explained CareCredit and other payment options. I immediately felt better and could focus on taking care of my new fur baby. She gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed in that moment. Cannot thank her and the rest of the staff enough!"
