"I recently had to schedule a euthanization of my beloved hamster. They were very polite and thorough explaining the process to me and giving me the time I needed. They truly went above and beyond by casting a mold of her paw prints for me and also sent me a condolence card in the mail. Of all of my experiences with veterinarian offices this one really stood out because the staff was amazing and thoughtful."
